How to delete your account

  1. Open the Lumy app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

What happens to your data

All your personal data — including your profile, documents, and usage history — is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. This action cannot be undone.
